We use USDA Prime beef for our steaks, which are grilled with our unique technique using glowing embers of bao li, sawthorn oak, oak, and Chinese cork oak. Ours is a simple way but ultimate for steaks, making the best of ingredients.
Aged top-quality beef is handled with the special broiler by our master chef who has 25 years of experience.
